2 more lbs!

0600 Water
0700 strawberry yogurt-8 oz., mango-.5 cup, cantelope-.5 cup
1030 salad--spinach/lettuce, tomato-1, grilled chicken breast-1
1700 2 oven roasted chicken breast, salad-cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, onions (basically subway without the flat bread)

simple math needed to check my water intake today

doing great have lost another 2 lbs since Monday I am excited! 

218~~~ only 68 more to go! although I would be happy with at least 58!!
